The 18th Annual AL DÍA Diverse City Career Fair is a celebration of diversity.

With the diverse population of the city of Philadelphia, it’s important for that diversity to be reflected in other areas, as well — particularly in the workforce.

“It just so happens that the city’s diverse, but it’s about the full circle of entering diversity into the workforce of the city to produce work equity,” said Hernán Guaracao, AL DIA CEO, Editor and Publisher.

It’s not enough for the city to simply have diverse people. Those diverse people need to play diverse roles throughout the city and within the workforce.

The workforce is where that diversity can make a true impact.

The Diverse City Career Fair will provide those seeking new careers with unique opportunities.

• Meet some of Philly’s top CEOs
• Learn from a variety of panel discussions
• Develop valuable skills through workshops

The AL DÍA Diverse City Career Fair will take place on April 25, 2019 at the PA Convention Center from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Admission is free, but registration is required.  Attendees are encouraged to upload resumes upon registration, and also bring 20-30 copies of their resume.
