Just two days are left to sign up for coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. February 15 is the deadline.

As of February 6, in Pennsylvania 438,488 individuals have signed up or were automatically re-enrolled in a plan through the HealthCare.gov platform, the health insurance marketplaces offered by the government since open enrollment began. In the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington area, 228,662 residents have signed up for coverage, according to U.S. Department of Health & Human Services News Division data.

The data also shows that through January 16, 66 percent of consumer renewed their plans at health insurance marketplaces. Thirty-four percent signed up for first time, choosing one of the 15 issuers HealthCare.gov have available in 2015, an increase from 14 in 2014.

For more information, visit HealthCare.gov. And remember, if you still do not have coverage, you only have until February 15 to sign up.
