The Home Education Legal Advocacy Association (HSLDA), the largest home education advocacy group in the United States, has renewed its sponsorship of the annual conference on Hispanic homeschooling, which is now in its second year.

Jim Mason, HSLDA president, said:

We are thrilled to participate in this conference for the second year by sending HSLDA Spanish-speaking staff, an attorney, and practical resources to support Hispanic homeschooling families.

What's the event

Hosted by TransitionED, the conference will provide parents with information on topics including:

  • Home Education
  • Parental Rights
  • How to Start Homeschooling
  • Developing a Plan for High School
  • Homeschooling in Latin America—Legal Aspects

“Homes are the epicenter of education and home education puts parents back in their role as the first and primary educators of their children,” said Ana Maria Bagnuoli, TransitionED co-founder.
