Zendaya, the star of the 2022 Emmy Awards
The actress shined during the gala, where she took home one of the awards.
Zendaya received her second Emmy for Best Leading Actress for her character Rue Bennett in the drama series Euphoria.
The actress mentioned during her victory speech that her "biggest wish with Euphoria is that she can help heal people," referring to the situations her character has experienced in the series with addiction issues.
"I really love what I do, and, you know, finding a passion, finding something that gives you purpose in life.... I think Euphoria is one of those things that has given me a great deal of purpose," she told E! Entertainment after receiving the award.

In addition to her success in Euphoria, Zendaya has also starred in other major productions such as the series Shake it Up on Disney Channel, Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Greatest Showman, and Space Jam: A New Legacy, among others.
At 26 years old, the American actress has become the youngest woman to receive the award for Best Actress. This is also her second Emmy. In addition, to date, the third season of Euphoria is already confirmed.
"I want you to know that anyone who loved Rue, who feels like she's a Rue, I want you to know that I'm very grateful for her stories and I carry them with me and I carry them with her," the star closed.
