Ricky Martin will be the star of an Apple TV+ sitcom
The Puerto Rican artist continues to grow in his acting career, this time starring a comedy.
Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin will participate in the Apple TV+ series "Mrs. American Pie", in the main male role, as confirmed by himself on Twitter and his representation office in Puerto Rico.
The "Livin' la vida loca" singer copied without comment on Twitter a report from the digital media "Deadline" which indicates "exclusively" that Martin joined a cast that already includes Kristen Wiig and Allison Janney.
The series "Mrs. American Pie" is based on a novel by Juliet McDaniel and the singer plays the role of "Robert," Deadline said.
