The shooting of the television series, Bosé took place over two months in the Spanish cities of Madrid, Marbella and Tarragona.

The series will showcase 20-year career of the Hispanic-Panamanian singer Miguel Bosé. The biopic will narrate the events that occurred from 1976 to 1996. That was before he became the famously controversial, contentious, anti-vaxxer as he is seen today.

Bosé himself has participated from the beginning of the project, providing details of his life that contributed to the story to be screened. He also visited the set during filming. The producers on the show said his vision has not interfered with any of the scenes.

"Yes, it will talk about sex, drugs, and his homosexuality... He has not imposed any censorship and told us his story honestly without any limitation," series producer Nacho Faerna told EFE in an interview.

To tell stories developed over two decades of Bosé's life, at different stages, the biopic will star three Spanish actors: Hugo Fuertes (who will play Bosé in his pre-adolescent stage), José Pastor (who will play the singer in his youth) and Iván Sánchez (who will be an adult Bosé).

The cast also includes Alicia Borrachero (as La Tata), Valeria Solarino (as Lucía Bosé), Óscar Higares (as Domingo Dominguín) and Nacho Fresneda (as Luis Miguel Dominguín), Raquel Salamanca (as Ana Obregón), Ana Torrent (as Rosario Primo de Rivera), Miguel Ángel Muñoz (as Julio Iglesias), and Mariela Garriga (as Giannina Facio).

This week, Bosé posted images of the filming on Instagram as a preview of what can be seen in the series.

The script for Bosé was written by Isabel Vázquez, Ángeles González-Sinde, and Boris Izaguirre, who are close to the Spanish-Panamanian artist.

Goya winners  Fernando Trullols and Miguel Bardem are the directors of the bioseries. Bosé is a VIS, Shine Iberia, Elephantec Global and Legacy Rock production. The series will air six episodes and will premiere at the end of the year on Paramount+
