The Alteños, admirers of the soap opera, were proud to be at the filming location. The production needed several vehicles, some for sound, others for lighting and an ambulance that closed the streets nearby to be able to carry out filming in tranquility.
The police security set up a perimeter so some media could cover the filming, although they were more permissive with the fans, who were able to get a few meters closer.
After several hours of waiting and in the characteristic cold of the Andean country, Kate's fans resisted to see her, greet her and ask for an autograph or a photo.
"I'm going to stay until I can see her" one fan told the press.
After four years of waiting and with an increasing popularity, the filming of the most recent season of La Reina del Sur, is generating high expectations among her fans.
