March 10th, 2023The new Amazon Music show, El Pesero Show, will feature interviews with different international artists, who will also have the opportunity to perform their greatest hits. Its first guest ever is Chayanne.
In the first episode of El Pesero Show, the Puerto Rican will talk about his long musical career and how Mexico has influenced his growth, Amazon said in a press release.
In the show, Chayanne walks the streets of Mexico City as he tells his story and sings his best songs, while meeting some local fans.

"We wanted to find a way to connect artists of international stature with Mexico and by doing this exercise with the team we came up with a phrase that is the one that governs this project: how do we help our artists who visit Mexico or artists who are in Mexico to be chilangos for a day, but Mexicans for life," said Paul Forat, Head of Amazon Music Mexico in an interview with El Sol.
Viewers will see Chayanne dance his unique choreographies and surprise several quinceañeras at the Angel de la Independencia, in the central Paseo de la Reforma Avenue.
"All the episodes have that magic of unpredictable things and planned things," said Forat of the show's free-flowing format.
In addition to Chayanne, other artists that will participate in El Pesero Show are Matisse, Kenia Os, Camilo, Ha Ash, Gera Mx and Måneskin.
The episodes will be available starting Jan. 26 on Amazon Music's YouTube channel, all hosted by Pame Voguel. A new episode will be released every 15 days and so far, a second season is still possible.
