“Ley de Gravedad” is the song that gives title to what will be his next album, which is due out on March 11. He released the song just one month before it's supposed to drop, and sings alongside Cali and El Dandee, composed with Camilo and Andrés Torres.
In the music video, Fonsi, Cali and el Dandee sing a sweet melody of three mixed voices, which starts with Fonsi playing chords on a black acoustic guitar.
"And I don't really know what's going to happen to you. If you're going to fall in love, and I don't know if you are written in my destiny. But you can't deny that in the end, if something has to happen, it will happen. Let's not fight with the law of gravity,” the three sing simultaneously.
With the romantic song, Fonsi put aside his usual reggeaton sound, stating that he is also an artist capable of create classic catchy songs, reminiscent of his "No me doy por vencido."
The Valentine’s Day song is the title of his tenth studio album, in a brilliant career that took him to the highest positions in the history of Latin music. He has already revealed several hints of what else will appear, as well as the album's cover image. On Instagram, he announced that “this production has everything I like and represents: joy, love, romanticism, melancholy, art, music. I’m counting the days, so that people can listen to it from beginning to end.”
Fonsi explained that “Ley de Gravedad” arose during the many collaborations he had with Cali and El Dandee over the last few years.
“It is a song that inspired the name of the album and has become one of my favorites. I hope you like it,” he pointed out.
