The Latin “King of Trap” Anuel AA will finish his European tour partying hard. On a tour where he will play 30 concerts, the Puerto Rican singer Emmanuel Gazmey Santiago chose to celebrate on the Spanish island of Ibiza, known for being the international epicenter of parties and nightclubs.

His tour of "Las leyendas nunca mueren", the title of his latest album released in 2021, will end with four concerts at Hï Ibiza. The rapper will perform once a week, so he will have plenty of time for relax and enjoy on the Mediterranean island. All his concerts are scheduled on Monday: June 13, 20 and 27, and July 4. Previously, he will have already performed in cities such as Almeria, Bilbao, Seville, Cádiz, Mallorca, Barcelona, ​​Madrid or Marbella.

Hï Ibiza, which, according to its website, "proposes a unique electronic music experience, with a committed vision based on offering the best musical selection", will dedicate Mondays of the summer season to give platform to the best of actual Latin music.

Anuel AA is well known all around the world. At 30 years old, he has already won the most prestigious awards, such as the MTV, Latin Billboards or the Latin American Music Awards. His latest work, a collaboration with Ozuna named "Los Dioses", already has more than 650 million views between Spotify and YouTube.

Probably in the fall he will release “Las leyendas nunca mueren, Part 2”. It is expected that during his performances at Hï Ibiza, Anuel AA will perform a preview of his next publication.

 

For now, his performances in the popular Ibizan nightclub are the only ones in Spain with all the details published. In the other cities, neither the venue nor the dates on which he will perform are yet known. What is known is that he will perform on seven of the ten dates of the Reggaeton Beach Festival, one of the largest urban music events on the planet, which will be held this July at the Barcelona Forum.

Anuel AA's songs, with lyrics that focus on crime and urban life in Puerto Rico, became popular in 2010, when he posted his own demos online. After signing his first contract with the Maybach Music Group record company, he was sentenced to 30 months in prison in 2016 for illegal possession of weapons. When he was released in July 2018, he released his first studio album “Real hasta la muerte”.

His controversial personality, with recurring controversies on social networks -such as his notorious breakup with Karol G-, contributed to triggering his popularity. He consolidated his success when he appeared on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart. In 2019, he released the song "China" with Daddy Yankee, Karol G, Ozuna and J Balvin, and later "Me gusta" with the Colombian Shakira.

In 2020, he insinuated his retirement by posting a statement on Instagram, alleging family and love issues. Fortunately for his fans, that was a mere bump that he managed to overcome. In Ibiza, Anuel AA will probe that legends never die.
