Hey Philadelphia, the United States may not have made the cut for this round of the World Cup but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the biggest sports spectacle on the planet. Here are AL DÍA's top picks for when you want to go out, have a drink and catch a match. 

• Brauhaus Schmitz - For German World Cup matches, Brauhaus will offer $10 general admission tickets that include a free beer and “Brauer Bund (backroom) Access” for $60, which includes bottomless beer, food, and a view of a 10-foot projection screen. They will be opening at 9:30 a.m. for the entirety of the tournament, and even earlier for some matches. • Garage North - Garage North will open early this Sunday, June 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a viewing party of the Germany vs. Mexico match, welcoming the Fishtown Football Club. The party will feature specials from New Liberty Distillery and Love City Brewing, and proceeds will benefit the Kensington Soccer Club, a team for kids aged eight to 12. • Blue Corn - This Mexican spot in the Italian Market won a “Best of Philly” award in 2015 and almost always has soccer on (whether it’s a World Cup year or not). • The 700 - Called the “city’s spot for hardcore international soccer fans” by Philadelphia Magazine, the 2nd St. bar coordinates pickup games for players of all levels on Tuesday nights at the nearby Northern Liberties Recreation Center. • Fadó Irish Pub - With a ceiling lined with club scarves and country flags and a countdown clock in full display, Fadó has dubbed itself “2018 World Cup headquarters” and offers group and party bookings during the tournament. It will show all the games live, maintaining its reputation as of one of the best bars in Philadelphia to watch soccer. • City Tap House - With an American and beer-friendly menu - more than 40 beers on tap at both locations - City Tap House is a prime spot to watch the World Cup. • Independence Beer Garden - Looking for a nice outdoor spot to view games on these summer days?
