Carlos Vives is creative director of NFT on Latin Grammys
The Colombian has taken the lead in the limited edition collection.
The Latin Recording Academy partnered with the OneOf brand to design a collection that includes limited edition capsule apparel paired with digital NFTs, exclusive backstage content, rewards and the chance to win a trip to Las Vegas.
Latin Grammy and Grammy Award-winning artist Carlos Vives will serve as Creative Director of this year's NFT Collection, the Academy announced.
The NFT Collection is designed to "celebrate Latin music and its talented visual arts creators in the weeks leading up to the 2022 Latin Grammy Awards on November 17 in Las Vegas," reads the official website of the awards.

With this new launch, the goal is for all fans of the event to have a piece of it within the digital world.
"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to curate the visual art that will be featured in the 23rd Annual Latin GRAMMY Collection," Vives said in a statement. "I can't wait for my fans to enjoy this installment of the NFT and all of the incredible artwork created by artists from around the world who represent Latin music and their communities so beautifully."
As Creative Director of the NFT collection, the Colombian native aims to educate Latin music fans and bring a new wave of excitement to the Web.
NFT artists selected to participate in the creation of the collection include Jimena Buena Vida (Colombia), J.N. Silva (Venezuela), Maria Delgado (Nicaragua), Monaris (Puerto Rico) and Carlos Luna James (Mexico).
Prices for the NFTs range from $10 to $1,000. Latin Grammy fans wishing to purchase one of the pieces can do so by visiting OneOf.com/latingrammys.
