Joanna Otero-Cruz is the executive director and president of Women Against Abuse, Philadelphia's largest domestic violence advocate and service provider, and among the largest domestic violence agencies in the country. Before that, she spent almost six years at the City of Philadelphia as a Deputy Managing Director of Community Services. She was also executive director at Concilio and director of family and behavioral health programs at Congreso de Latinos Unidos for more than a decade. She is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
