One Liberty Observation Deck opens last weekend of November
A highly anticipated venue and the tallest standing attraction within Philadelphia, One Liberty Observation Deck opens at the end of the month in Center City.
Starting Saturday Nov. 28 at 10 a.m. visitors will have access to a 360-degree panoramic view of the city 883 feet above street level.
Located at the peak of One Liberty Place (1650 Market Street), an express, 75-second elevator ride to the 57th floor will take you to the top where a drone video of Philly sets the stage for the Observation Deck experience.
Montparnasse 56 Group, a company that manages tourist attractions in other parts of the world, owns the attraction and has a division in New York called Montparnasse 56 USA. Bizjournals.com reported that M56 USA signed a lease for a minimum of 20 years at One Liberty Place, an attraction that is expected to boost tourism in the city.
General Manager Evan Evans explained the visitor experience is creatively choreographed over three floors that engage visitors at every turn and provide incredible photo opportunities. “One Liberty Observation Deck was designed to create an authentic, visually rich experience that expresses the unique vibe of Philadelphia as a place and culture,” Evans said.
Tickets are $19 for adults and $14 for those under 12, with discounts for student and tour groups. For more information you can visit Philly From The Top.
