Voto Latino (VL) has announced the finalists the VL Innovators Challenge, a competition for Latino millennials seeking careers in the tech industry. Only 7 percent of technology workers are Latino, which VL credits partly to the fact that “Latinos don’t associate their awesome tech skills with the possibility of a career in tech.”

The winners of the challenge will spend two days on Google’s campus in California where they’ll get some one-on-one time with tech-giant members from Google’s creative, marketing, and Android teams.
