Cartagena, Colombia is a city experiencing exponential growth in infrastructure, condominiums for family and vacation housing, and recreational spaces that adapt to the needs of its residents that live in luxury.

The new trends and tastes of its residents and investors have generated a new urban center located between the walled city and its modern northern zone responding to the growth of the moment.

Currently, this area of Cartagena has great natural wealth, and is away from the constant noise and movement of the city. This creates a perfect space for people seeking exclusivity and tranquility without moving away from the comforts of urban life.

Projects such as the city's future airport, a dual carriageway and mini cities are being developed in north of the 'Corralito de Piedra,' just 15 minutes from the historic center and the city's beaches.

Recently, Apple Leisure Group, a leading U.S. hotel and leisure travel brand, announced the opening of a new luxury club in the North. Dreams Karibana Cartagena Beach & Golf Resort will open its doors in April 2022, with facilities that include 268 luxurious rooms, all with private terraces, balconies and access to a private pool. Guests at the resort will be able to enjoy the 'Unlimited Luxury' plan, where everything is included in Cartagena.

"The choice of our territory as the first destination in South America to have an AMR subsidiary reflects the confidence of investors in the country, due to factors such as economic reactivation and growth, and the high potential of locations such as Cartagena to attract global tourism," said Flavia Santoro, president of ProColombia.

Although it may not seem like it, this 'Unlimited' luxury lifestyle is becoming a trend that is generating more and more interest in the city. By November of last year, it had generated sales of more than 283 million euros.

In Colombia, Cartagena is consolidating as the epicenter of this lifestyle, where you can find the best brands, restaurants and unforgettable experiences, such as dining on yachts or practicing water sports on paradise beachfronts.
