On Nov. 3 Philadelphia is holding a general election for mayor, city council, judges, city commissioners, sheriff and register of wills.

To make it easier for citizens to learn about politicians before casting their vote, the non-partisan organization Committee of the Seventy advised voters to take some time and create a Crowdpac ballot. This platform is a non-partisan, independent and for-profit website that provides informative political data that helps users find and support political candidates that match their priorities and beliefs.

Not sure what questions will appear on the Nov. 3 ballot?  Check out the Committee of the Seventy ballot question guide to learn background information and the major implications these provisions can have in the city.

Voting machines can be confusing and overwhelming. PhiladelphiaVotes provides a step-by-step guide on how to cast your vote.

With only two days left it is very important to be sure where your polling place is. Visit the Philadelphia City Commissioners website for a full listing.
