America decries undocumented immigration, and America profits from warring against immigrants.

This “America giveth and taketh away” mentality is omnipresent in its cruel approach on immigration. It widely promotes “green card diversity visa lotteries” in poor countries and simultaneously sets off a pogrom-like policy on immigration short of the massive killings –so far there only has been a few.

The immigration disaster is pogrom-like in the fact that it is very well organized, and it is pogrom-like that it is aimed at helpless people.

Immigration Enforcement ICE has the goal this year of deporting 1096 immigrants a day.

Detention facilities for immigrants in the U.S. register an average daily population of 32,600.

Simply re-entering the U.S. is treated as a felony and penalized with 20 years in prison, a penalty similar for manslaughter.

In 2010 Immigration violations will make up 61% of all federal criminal prosecutions as projected by TRAC Syracuse University, more than murder, robbery, drugs and arm trafficking.

Within the U.S. inmate and detainee population those that are immigrants are being identified for deportation at a rate of 13 individuals per hour.

Such cases include long time legal residents now mentally ill. Such one case was that of a New York schizophrenic detained under trespassing charges while hallucinating, and deported to the Dominican Republic, away from his family.

Could there be 1,000 deaths of immigrant detainees? So far at least 107 immigrant deaths under detention have been disclosed to a Congressional inquiry.  But this is only what the public opinion’s uproar managed to unveil.  The Obama administration disclosed, “that more than one in 10 immigrant detention deaths had been overlooked and omitted from a list submitted to Congress last year.”

One such death occurred at a private detention corporation named Corrections Corporation of America in NJ, a company whose executives have served as consultants or advisors for ex vice-president Dick Cheney and ex U.S. Republican Senator Bill Frist.

America giveth to profiteers, America taketh freedom, dignity, and life away from helpless immigrants.
