Delaware Valley Community Health (DVCH) is seeking Part-time (Benefits eligible) or Full-time licensed Behavioral Health professionals for a great opportunity to work in our community based Primary Care, Women's Health or MAT programs at our health centers.  Monday through Friday and no weekends. May require local travel.

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) is a core member of our primary care team and responsible for supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of assigned patients in conjunction with the patient’s medical provider and, when appropriate, other behavioral health providers.

Must have a * Pennsylvania State license either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  *Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
