Netflix's hit series 'Stranger Things' is getting closer and closer to its final stretch with the premiere of its fourth season. The trailer was released this Tuesday, April 12th and already has more than 200.000 thousand reproductions, 46.000 thousand 'likes' and 600 comments from fans who say they are surprised and excited.

Netflix had announced in February that the next season of the series will premiere in two parts this summer: the first on May 27th and the second on July 1st. The series' creators and producers, brothers Matt and Ross Duffer, said "Stranger Things 4" is the "most challenging season yet, but also the most rewarding".

"After nine scripts, more than eight hundred pages and nearly two years of shooting, thousands of visual effects shots and a runtime nearly twice as long as any of the previous seasons, Stranger Things 4 has been the most complicated season we've done, but also the most rewarding", Matt and Ross Duffer said.

The trailer, which lasts 3:17 minutes, gives a new tone to the series with several horror scenarios, characteristic of the story.

This new season places the characters in a new location six months after the battle at the Starcourt Mall in Hawkins where the group of friends are first separated. In addition to the complexity of high school, the young people will have to face a new and terrifying supernatural threat that poses a new mystery.

The streaming platform also already announced that 'Stranger Things' will conclude after the fifth season.
