The documentary series about the soccer career of the Brazilian star Dani Alves is called Dani Crazy Dream.

The production recounts the life of the South American ever since he left FC Barcelona, his career at the Juventus in Turin, Paris Saint Germain, São Paulo, and finally, his return to Barça, where he plays as a defender.

"The main goal of the series is to build a greater connection with fans anywhere in the world," Dani Alves told Variety.

Dani Crazy Dream also reveals the footballer's physical and mental preparation for the upcoming World Cup, which will be played in Qatar in November and December. Alves does not hide his desire and ambition to win the trophy, which hasn't happened in the 16 years he's worn his national side's yellow and blue colors . With the senior Brazilian team, Dani Alves has won two Copa Américas and two Confederations Cups.

“I think different from most of the other players and people who believe that it is bad luck to touch the replica of the trophy. I believe just the opposite. That is all I want. That’s my aim... The trophy has to make its way to me. That is what I want; the trophy in my hands. That’s the ultimate goal,” said Alves in the same interview.

In addition to his training, fans can see Alves with other great figures of Brazilian football such as Cafu: the only player to play in three consecutive World Cup finals.

The documentary series Dani Crazy Dream will air six episodes on FIFA+, the official FIFA streaming platform, which offers exclusive content and live streamed soccer matches.

The series is produced by Alves' content agency called Maracaná Media. The company was founded by the athlete, businessman and producer Thiago Slovinski, journalist and documentary filmmaker Ulisses Neto, and photographer Sam Robles.

Maracaná Media seeks to tell stories of elite athletes and prominent figures in the entertainment industry.

“Our goal is to amplify the voice of the athletes, trying to make them understand that all the pages must be written by them, and not just on the field. Athletes often do not even control their own lives: they live within the limits imposed by others. We decided to create a production company where athletes can find partners who think big, who are creative and who want to help them take control of their own stories," Alves told Futbolete.

At 39 years old, Alves can be proud of winning a record 46 titles throughout his career.
