Years ago, no one would have imagined the incredible scenes that took place last night at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Smiling and energetic, Paulina Rubio and Alejandra Guzmán certified that their joint tour "Perrísimas" was the best asset to forge a solid friendship that no one expected. After years of rivalries and bitterness in public, "La Guzmán" and "La Chica Dorada" culminated their tour of 22 concerts in a city considered as their second home, with the euphoria of an incredulous public that cheered the performance of the Mexican singers.

Despite their experience and countless tours and albums behind them, the joint tour demonstrated the attraction that they still maintain. There are countless young promises who bid to lead contemporary Latin music, but the drive of the classic pop stars was probed once again: they sold more than 100,000 tickets during their tour, and sold out venues in New York, Chicago or Texas.

Their concerts were a review of the main hits of each one, and the best part came with the joint performances of hits like "Ni tú ni nada" or "Mío/Hey Güera". Furthermore, they proved to be in excellent shape, as their concerts lasted for almost three hours.

Rubio's favorite cry was "union makes strength", a motto that came accompanied by a symbolic hug that caught all the flashes. This union on stage definitively buried their disputes in the nineties, when they formed a love triangle with rocker Erick Rubín. When he was still dating Rubio, he put an eye on his colleague, with whom he began an affair. That led to a public fight, in which both "fought" for his love. Furious songs were dedicated to each other, and they even held lawsuits and fights in public. However, that is already forgotten.

The union between "sisters" was followed from the public by the singer Ana Bárbara, who followed the performance of her colleagues closely. Guzmán came out on stage wearing a hat with the word “End” written on it, thus celebrating the end of the long-awaited tour. Accompanied by a band of five musicians who contributed rock rhythms to the pop classics of the Mexican women, Rubio made the audience go crazy when she began the first sentences of "Nada fue un error".

“La Chica Dorada” showed up in a dress with gold trim and radiant fuchsia, and she even carried a cane and microphone with gold linings. “What a luxury, what an honor, what a privilege to have all of you in my life. Let's get a little romantic”, said Rubio in front of a dedicated audience. Then came the turn of " Yo no soy esa mujer ", one of her greatest hits.

Accompanied by the strident chords of an electric guitar, Guzmán appeared on the scene exclaiming “I love you”! In her gleaming white blazer and high-heeled boots, she began her performance with her classic “Míralo, Mírala”. She also excited those present with a new rock 'n' roll song, the title of which she did not reveal.

When Guzmán performed her best-known hit "Making love with another", madness was unleashed. Shortly after, the moment of the expected hug between the new best friends was repeated.
