Katz, 72, boarded flight headed to Atlantic City that was due to take off Saturday night at Hanscom Air Force Base, but ran off the runway and burst into flames, killing everyone on board.

Last Tuesday, Katz and his business partner, H.F. Previously, the partners owned less than half of the company's shares.
