A McDonald's worker in East Pittsburgh was arrested for selling heroin in Happy Meals to customers using the code, "I'd like to order a toy."

According to NBC 10 Philadelphia, Shantia Dennis, 26, was charged with selling heroin at the popular fast food chain. The discovery was made after an informant told authorities that Dennis was selling drugs at a McDonald's in the East Liberty section of the city.

Customers in search of heroin were instructed to go through the drive-thru and say to the intercom, "I'd like to order a toy." The customers would then drive to the window, hand over the cash and receive a Happy Meal box containing heroin. Undercover agents set up a drug bust and said they found 10 bags of herion in one Happy Meal box and 50 bags from the suspect.  Dennis denied any wrongdoing as she was whisked away in handcuffs.
