Thanks to Apple, Twitter may have just became a little more interesting. Early Thursday, the company unveiled its new Apple Support account. In its bio the account offers only “tips and tutorials,” according to an article on Mashable within minutes of launching Apple Support was already shifting through dozens of tech support questions from Apple customers.

The account only has four tweets so far but would reply by recommending the customer to contact them by direct messaging. Apple Support followers has doubled since it launched and now has over 123 million followers, according to Mashable it had over 14,000 followers in the first few hours of going live.

The account is notable for being less about promotions than existing accounts like Apple Music and the App Store accounts. Other Apple support accounts on Twitter include Beats by Dre and Apple Music Help.
