Using Trump to scare the hearts... of soccer fans
In what is probably one of the best promos for Copa America Centenario so far, an Argentine sports network used some Donald Trump rhetoric to instill fear in the hearts of soccer fans.
Piecing together soundbites of the now-presumptive Republican nominee to the highest office in the land, TyC Sports put together a commercial which paints Argentinians as an invading force coming to the U.S. this summer for the tournament. The Argentine sports broadcaster finishes the video with a cheeky comment.

The text in Spanish reads: “In reality, the best thing you could do is not let us in.”
A presumptuous statement to be sure, but the Argentinian squad is one of the favorites to win the newly created cup. The tournament will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the oldest international soccer tournament in the world. It will be hosted in the U.S. this June.
With less than 30 days left for the 16-team intercontinental soccer cup, it’s time to get excited. If you didn’t already know, Lincoln Financial Field will host three group stage games this summer.
