Netflix enters Cuba
Popular video streaming service Netflix has expanded its business into Cuba after the U.S.’s recent ease of restrictions and resumption of diplomatic relations with the country.
According to the Associated Press, the expansion will most likely give the company more publicity than new subscriptions due to the lack of Cuban residents who have high-speed internet access. The writers also point out that the cost of a monthly-subscription of $8 is too pricey for most residents.
