Ever want to sip coffee in a café and play with a cat at the same time? Soon you can.

Philadelphia is getting its first “cat café ” this year, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Kawaii Kitty Café, Philly’s first cat café , is set to open in December, once a location has been finalized. Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the location will either be in Old City, Fishtown, Fairmount or Northern Liberties.

The idea of this cat café is that it will be part coffee shop, part cat adoption center.The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) will provide 10 and 15 cats at a time, in the café, that are available for adoption.

Due to health regulations, the café area and the cat area will be separated by a glass wall. Guests can have their coffee while either watching the cats through the glass, or they can take their coffee into the cat section.

Cat cafés, which are popular in Japan, have recently started opening in the US, like the country’s first one Oakland, Calif., as well as others in Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
