A new outreach center for Latino Catholics is set to open next week in Bensalem. The facilities are located at the Church of Our Lady of Fatima and will have a particular focus on service to members of the Latino communities of Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia.

The Fatima Catholic Center is a collaboration between the Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and St. Mary Medical Center.

Some of the services that will be available for the community include Farm to Family Produce; Greenlight Food Pantry; immigration consultation; English classes; citizenship eligibility and enrollment for benefits, family and parenting programs; after school programs, and a seniors club, among others.

Bishop John J. McIntyre will preside over the blessing and dedication at the new facilities on 2913 Street Road, in Bensalem (Pa.), Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m.
