Three current and former employees of Facebook who asked for anonymity have accused Zuckerberg ‘s company to have developed a new censure tool that would help the company to get back into the Chinese market, where the social network has been blocked. The new software helps the social network to suppress posts from appearing in people’s news feeds in specific geographic areas, according to three current and former Facebook employees. Mr. Zuckerberg has supported and defended the effort, the people added, according to The New York Times.

Filantropía en la era de la diversidad

Filantropía en la era de la diversidad

Philantropies in the age of diversity

Philantropies in the age of diversity
English

The world of philanthropy conjures images of well-heeled men and women donning tuxedos and furs at fancy galas. The stereotype is well-deserved - generations of wealthy patrons lavishly contributed money and prestige to a select group of foundations over the generations, creating a robust yet exclusionary system steeped in tradition and ego.

Trump’s winning: How its been perceived in the web
English

One of the most important platforms of media coverage has been Twitter, especially during the Presidential Elections of 2016. The positive outcome of digital platforms like these is the immediate process of data and information through the “trending topics”. Such direct access to public opinion, with no intervention of a specific network, allows the few objective medias that are left to access the public opinion on a different way.

Camila detaches themselves from the ellipse in their nonconformist global tour

 10/01/2016 - 16:35

The pop rock duo Camila, comprised of Mario Domm and Pablo Hurtado, close their “Elypse” album global tour with fifty concerts in The United States (and, yes, even one in Philadelphia), a historic record for them. Although the group has had its pitfalls, the success of their tour is evidence that, at times, leaving the ellipse or the norm is the best risk you can take.
