The future of a statue in the likeness of highly contentious former police commissioner and mayor Frank Rizzo is on the fritz, particularly after this past week’s rallies in Charlottesville, Virginia which began as a protest to keep a memorial to Confederate General Robert E. Lee from being removed.

In Miami, Sessions lambasted so-called "sanctuary cities" - municipalities and other local entities that refuse to cooperate with voluntary immigration programs and including Chicago and San Francisco - and he blamed them for crimes committed by undocumented immigrants.

Una tribunal federal de San Antonio (Texas) ordenó al estado sureño que redibuje los límites de dos distritos electorales después de concluir que los republicanos replantearon el mapa electoral en 2013 con la intención de discriminar a votantes latinos y afroamericanos.

Internet Essentials,  el programa creado por Comcast en 2011 para facilitar el acceso a Internet a las comunidades de bajos recursos, ha conectado a la red a más de cuatro millones de personas en EEUU, la mitad de ellas hispanos.
