President Donald Trump's immigration policy has caused people smugglers known as "coyotes" to raise their rates to bring migrants into the US now that the routes are longer and have become more dangerous because of the increased border vigilance, undocumented immigrants say.

In places like El Salvador, one of the world's most deadly countries, a Swedish development organization called Humanium aims to take guns off the streets and have the metal recycled and sold. The revenue is funneled back into anti-violence programs.

The questionable confinement of 28 Central American immigrant women and their children in Berks County Residential Center, the arbitrary denial of an appeal to their asylum ruling, and the treament of said detainees exposes hipocrisy within the U.S. legal system, The Obama Administration, and the American public's outrage when one of our own is incarcerated abroad.

El 29 de agosto de 2016, la Corte del 3 ° Circuito de Filadelfia dictaminó que el estado para su libertad continuaría en un punto muerto, tras el rechazo de una apelación a su sentencia negando el asilo.
