El carácter arrogante, obsoleto y vergonzoso de lo que pasa por la política de EE.UU. hacia Cuba, quedó aún más claro la semana pasada cuando la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas condenó abrumadoramente el bloqueo a la isla, una especie de ritual que se ha repetido durante 26 años consecutivos.
