En un esfuerzo por prevenir la discriminación salarial en el lugar de trabajo, una ley ha sido aprobada por el Ayuntamiento con 16 votos a favor y en este momento espera la firma de Kenney.

La ley, que enfrenta un rechazo público de Comcast, está en proceso de evaluación legal por el Departamento de la Ley en Filadelfia y, por lo tanto, la firma del Alcalde Kenney se ha retrasado.

Kenney’s wage discrimination bill fought with force

In an effort to prevent wage discrimination in the workplace, a bill was passed by City Council with a 16-0 vote and is currently awaiting Kenney’s signature.

The bill, which is facing open backlash from Comcast, is facing legal review by Philadelphia’s legal department and as a result, a delay in being signed into law by Mayor Kenney.

El Congreso de Estados Unidos aprobó hoy un proyecto de ley que elimina las garantías de privacidad en la red impuestas por el expresidente Barack Obama y que permitirá a los proveedores de internet vender datos de sus usuarios, como los historiales de búsqueda o la localización.

The Entertainment Operating System will have a “Rio Olympics” dashboard, a destination where Xfinity subscribers can enjoy live events, on demand content, and 40 plus live stream channels. Athlete profiles, cloud-based videos, and updated medal counts and statistics will also be featured.
