Unwanted heroes: a ban to transgender soldiers

 08/09/2017 - 14:45
President Trump banned transgender citizens of the Armed Forces based on alleged "high costs". There are studies that indicate that he is wrong (once again).

Arguing economic reasons, President Trump announced that the Department of Defense will not re-recruit transgender people. It might not be a great movie – it most certainly is not –, but “Churchill” raises a question – perhaps the question – that every American citizen should be asking himself at this point in time: what does it mean to be “great”?
