Herbalife scheme exposed in theatres this March

Writer and Director Ted Braun follows Hedge Fund owner Bill Ackman in order to expose the global nutrition and weight management company Herbalife in the independent film Betting on Zero. The company is known to manage the largest financial pyramid scheme in history. In Braun's movie, he shows the battles that Ackman and Herbalife play out in board rooms, in the media and especially in working class America. The picture shows how the American Dream went wrong.

Una mujer entra en una diatriba racista mientras espera en una cola de una cola en Luisville, Kentuckey JCPenney, luego de que dos clientas latinas delante de ella compraran artículos extras en el último minuto. Otro cliente, que vio toda la situación, la grabó y subió el incidente a Facebook.

A woman goes into a racist tirade while waiting in line at a cash register in a Louisville, Kentucky JCPenney after two Latina customers in front of her purchased extra items at the last minute.  Another customer, who saw the whole situation, recorded and posted the incident on Facebook.

Five pillars of the Latino community were awarded at ALDIA's 1st Annual Latino History Luncheon which was held at the Union League in downtown Philadelphia yesterday. Pennsylvania Secretary of Education, Pedro Rivera was given the Champion of Education award.

The Champion of Entrepreneurship award was given to Karla Hurley, President of Global Bilingual Solutions, while the Champion of Justice award was given to the Honorable Nelson Diaz.
