A native from Puerto Rico and a graduate from Wharton, Luis Liceaga is no stranger to hearty cuisine or to business ventures. What began as a hobby while being the President of Impact Dimensions LLC, turned into frying empanadas at corporate Eagles tailgates and catering under the "Loco Lucho's" brand. Now, Loco Lucho's will have a "brick and mortar" home at Reading Terminal Market, making Philadelphia history as the Market's first Latin American counter.
