About 300 passengers in a flight from Brussels were isolated at the Newark airport after a man and his daughter started showing symptoms typically associated with Ebola.
However, upon their arrival a medical team from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) confirmed that the man and his daughter, who were traveling from Liberia, were not infected with Ebola, and the family was transferred to a hospital.
About 7,500 people have ben infected in Africa and almost half of them have died.
In the United States only one case has been diagnosed in Texas.
