When President Barack Obama was interrupted once again by a an undocumented student at a rally in Connecticut on Sunday, where he was supporting democratic candidates before the elections on Tuesday, his response was “you’re at the wrong rally.”

The "dreamer" interrupted his speech protesting the lack of immigration reform as well as the administration’s high rate of deportations.

"You're a 'Dreamer' and I gave you relief administratively and we're going to work on the next one," Obama said.

The president was referencing the policy known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, which was implemented by his administration in 2012 to offer a protection from deportation, as well as a work permit, to certain young immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

“The Republicans are blocking immigration reform. That’s one more reason why we need a Democratic Senate”, he added. “You need to go protest the Republicans because I’m not the one blocking it”.

However the lack of action in Congress has been topped by Obama’s broken promises and his recent announcement that he won’t be taking executive action until after the elections.

“It’s always ironic that the folks who are shouting don’t understand that we actually support their issues,” Obama said. “The folks who don’t support the issue are the ones who are voting against them so they need to go to the other rally and focus on them”.
