Deferred Action contributes more than 4.000 million dollars to U.S. economy
The Deferred Action Program for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) has contributed 4.240 million dollars to the U.S. economy, according to a report published this Friday by the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA).
Those benefited by DACA have had an additional income of 7.444 dollars after two years.
This amount multiplied by the 569,000 beneficiaries of DACA, represents a contribution of more than 4.200 million dollars to the U.S. economy.

DACA has also contributed with close to 550 million dollars in taxes every year for the last two years.
The DACA fees paid by approved beneficiaries add up to 280 million dollars.
