Hillary Rodham Clinton is helping with "Too Small to Fail", a public service campaign that encourages Latino families to read, sing and talk more to their young children to better prepare them for school.

According to a report by the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, Latino kids are half as likely to have family members read to them and a third less likely to have songs sung to them than non-Latino children.

The campaign was started last year by the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation and Next Generation, a nonprofit from San Francisco. They also partnered with Univision, who will run news programs and public service announcements.

The goal of the campaign is to have families read, sing and talk to their children for at least 15 minutes a day.
