Attention all students--President Obama and Bill Nye want to watch your science videos. 

The first White House student film festival is looking for students of all ages to submit short films on how science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) contributes to learning in schools. 

The U.S. Department of Education has predicted a massive influx of STEM-related careers by 2020. Yet less than one in five American students are prepared for a career in the STEM field. 

Today, Latinos occupy just 6.5 percent of all STEM jobs, according to a 2013 Census survey
