Nestle recalls "Hot Pockets" for having diseased meat.

The company voluntarily recalled two of its Hot Pockets brands, Philly Steak and Cheese and Croissant Crust Philly Steak and Cheese for containing diseased animal meat on Feb. 18, 2014. Both brands are postmarked through March 2014.

"The voluntary recall is limited to these two products, which were distributed nationwide. No other batches, sizes, including multi-packs, or varieties of Hot Pocket brand products are affected by this recall," according to Nestle's press release.

Nestle removed the Hot Pockets because of another recall regarding its meat supplier, Rancho Feeding Corporation.

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture declared that Rancho "processed diseased animals without full inspection."

As a result, the USDA recalled more than 8 million pounds of meat.

Other products were affected by the recall of Rancho, including Wal-Mart's hamburger meat.

Nestle states the company did not purchase directly from Rancho but confirmed that small batches did find their way into Nestle's California's facility that produces all Hot Pocket brand sandwiches.

Nestle's press release lists all items and batches recalled.
