Through a partnership with Instacart, the market will deliver food from participating vendors within an hour, beginning later this fall.
According to Philly.com, the specific vendors who will partake in the service is unknown, but Reading Terminal said that the number of vendors will increase over time.
Instacart will deliver groceries and other products from Reading Terminal to customers within the company's delivery coverage. This coverage includes various neighborhoods in Philadelphia, as well as surrounding areas like Montgomery County and Upper Darby.
Instacart, which expanded their services to Philadelphia in February, also delivers products from local stores like Wine and Spirits and Whole Foods.
