The best of local food and sustainable farming came together at the fourth-annual Farm & Food Fest. The event was held on April 12 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, an opportunity for the public to get to know their farmers and learn more about how the food they enjoy all year travels from the farm to the market and to the table.

Farm & Food Fest was created by Fair Food and Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA), an organization that provides business support and regional marketing assistance to their more than 6,000 members, representing farmers, advocates and educators.

Fair Food was founded in 2000 with the mission of building and sustaining a humane local food economy in Philadelphia. Working cooperatively with area farmers, the organization drives demand and desire for sustainably raised, locally produced foods across hospitality, institutional and educational sectors in the greater Philadelphia area.
