Despite rain showers and doomsday clouds on Sunday, Feria del Barrio ("the neighborhood fair") took over Philadelphia's famed Centro de Oro on N. 5th Street. The crowd paled in comparison to last year's event, but you wouldn't know it by the several hundred attendees who danced and celebrated through the afternoon.

It marked the festival's 31st celebration, brought to the community by Taller Puertorriqueño, Congreso, GALAEI, HACE and Raíces Culturales.

Umbrellas were only up for less than an hour.
