Just days after thousands gathered outside the School District of Philadelphia to condemn the School Reform Commission's cancelation of the teachers' union contract, a Pennsylvania Common Pleas Court approved the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers' request for an injunction against the commission's plan to impose new health care costs on 11,000 educators starting Dec. 15.
