One of the richest Philadelphians will be advising President-elect Donald Trump soon.
His name is Stephen A. Schwarzman, Chairman and co-founder of Blackstone Group LP, a leading private equity and investment banking firm, based in New York City.
Philadelphia-born billionaire Schwarzman will chair the newly established President's Strategic and Policy Forum, which brings together some of the nation's most prominent business leaders.
The Forum, which Trump announced Friday, will provide "frank, non-bureaucratic, and non partisan" advice to the president to help "bring back jobs and Make America Great Again," Blackstone said in a press release.
Schwarzman has a net worth of more than $10 billion, according to the latest Forbes 400.
