The Huffington Post and Yelp collaborated to find out what types of cuisine are most popular in each state, and some of the findings are quite surprising.

Yelp determined which types of food were most common in each state by analyzing restaurant listings on its site.

In Pennsylvania, cheesesteaks were the most popular food, thanks to Philly. Yelp determined that there were more than two times as many restaurants serving cheesesteaks in PA than in the rest of the country The other popular food in PA were pizza, Italian, diners and delis.

In New Jersey, Portuguese  food was most popular. Spanish came in second followed by Kosher, Peruvian and delis.

Irish food was most popular in Delaware followed by cheesesteaks, Caribbean, seafood and gastropub.
