“Tryouts are a unique opportunity to show your abilities, become a professional soccer player and develop your full potential. You can overcome the challenge and be part of the annual program,” the organization stated.
Currently the club manages 50 academies operating in more than nine countries, training more than 5000 children and youngsters worldwide. In March 2014 Boca Juniors opened their first academy in the United States in Long Island, in New York — the first academy outside of Argentina.
In July the club plans to open the second academy in the U.S. market, in the city of Newark, N.J. They currently count with 350 players who get first class training, who are part of different teams in categories ranging from 4 to 23 years old.
